O’ch enwebiadau, rydym wedi dewis 30 o Newidwyr Gêm ar draws Cymunedau, Treftadaeth, Chwaraeon a Chelfyddydau a Ffilm. Dros y ddau fis nesaf, fe fyddwn yn cyhoeddi pwy yw ein Newidwyr Gêm ysbrydoledig trwy gyfres o osodiadau celf trawiadol mewn lleoliadau a ariennir gan y Loteri Genedlaethol led led y DU.
