The Breast Cancer Care app supports people moving forwards after breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care created the app after listening to the experiences of people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The app aims to provide day to day support, provide trustworthy information and help adjust to life after breast cancer.
The app recently became the UK’s favourite National lottery health project in the National Lottery Awards 2018
Whale Track
Whale Track
Whale track was another finalist in the National Lottery Awards 2018. The Whale Track app aims to help us track and record the movements of marine mammals on the Scottish coastline. Whale Track and the team behind the app then use that data so that we can learn more about the amazing animals.
The app was created by the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust.

This girl can is an app that’s all about empowering women to get active. Started by our friends at Sport England. The This Girl Can app allows you to create motivational posters using your own pictures to help motivate you and your friends. Baby Buddy is an app from National Lottery funded app Best Beginnings. The app is designed to promote positive health messages and behaviours in expectant and new mums. The app is free to download on Google Play and Apple app store.
