Happy Tuesday everyone! We’re back this week with another 5 things to do at home thanks to National Lottery players. This week we exercise with Olympians, virtually tour a museum, do some yoga, join the National school sports week and watch some movies, all from the comfort of our own living room, join us below:
Yoga for all ages!
National Lottery funded project Movement Works have put on twice daily yoga sessions for parents and their little ones! If yoga isn’t your thing, Movement works have a daily schedule of classes that you can join including rhythm and rhyme and developmental dance. Love Liverpool? Well you can tour their great museums
The National Museums Liverpool is a collection of 7 great museums which look at the heritage of a vibrant city. Missing the annual mum and dad egg and spoon race? Well join National School Sport week!
The annual National School Sport Week campaign takes place in the last week of June every year to celebrate the important role of Physical Education and school sport in enhancing young people's wellbeing.
This year, the Youth Sport Trust want to use the power of sport to bring people together, even during isolation.
The UK-wide campaign will challenge people to take on their families, friends and neighbours in virtual sporting challenges – helping them to connect in an unprecedented period of school closures and social distancing. Register now by clicking on this link:

Take part in the world’s biggest online work out with National Lottery funded taekwondo athlete Lutalo Muhammad on Wednesday (24th
June)!
Lutalo is one of many athletes coming together on Olympics day to celebrate the birth of the modern Olympics around the world as well as being an opportunity to celebrate Olympic values.
