We’ve dedicated our 5th spot this week to checking in with loved ones as a part of mental health week. We know it’s tougher due to the circumstances but whether it’s a group chat on Zoom or a quick whatsapp, keeping in touch with friends and family is important for everyone’s mental health.
If you have any concerns about your own or someone else’s mental health, Mind & the Samaritans are just two of the many National Lottery funded projects that can help out.
