The National Lottery makes dreams come true for teenager from Wales with cerebral palsy

14 year-old Tomos Walters goes straight to the top for advice on how to fulfil his political ambitions by quizzing Prime Minister David Cameron.
The National Lottery Good Causes arranged for Tomos to interview the Prime Minister to swap views on the state of the nation, discuss disability issues and learn what it is like to run the country. Their meeting will be broadcast alongside The National Lottery Draws.
Tomos is one of 450 children to have received life-changing physiotherapy at The National Lottery funded Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre in Cardiff.
Tomos first attended the Centre aged two after his parents were told he would never walk and would struggle to hold up his head.
But Tomos completely defied the odds – with the help of Bobath staff – and managed to not only raise his head, but walk 20 steps independently. Since then, Tomos has made remarkable progress and set his sights on becoming a politician.
National Lottery players raise over £35 million for good causes every week and have helped more than 400,000 projects across the UK in the last 18 years.
